திரு சேசாத்திரி ஐயா,
"வேளிர் வரளாறு" என்ற நூலைப் பலகாலமாகத் தாங்கள் தேடிக்கொண்டிருந்தீர்கள் என்று தெரியும். அந்த நூல் உங்களுக்குக் கிடைத்ததா என்று தெரியவில்லை. தற்செயலாக மதுரைத் திட்டத்தின் (Project Madurai) க்கம் போனபோது அந்த நூலைப் பார்த்தேன்:

'வேளிர் வரலாறு' பக்கம் 29 இல் வேளிர் கி.மு. 10 ஆம் நூற்றாண்டில் தமிழகம் வந்ததாகச் சொல்கின்றார் மு.இராகவைய்யங்கார். அதற்கு ஒரு அரசருக்கு 21 ஆண்டுகள் என்ற சராசரிக் கணக்கைக் கொண்டு 49வேளிர் தலைமுறைக்கு. 21 x 49 = 1029 எனக் கொண்டுள்ளார். அந்த வகையில் கி.மு 1,000 என்பது அவருடைய கணிப்பு.]
[நற்குடி வேளிர் வரலாறு 45 ஆம் பாண்டியன் திருவழுதி முதல் 84 ஆம் பாண்டியன் கானப்பேரெயில் கடஉக்கி வரையான நாற்பது பாண்டியர்கள் 1000 ஆண்டுகள் ஆண்டதாகச் சொல்கின்றது. இன்னும் ஒன்பது தலைமுறை முன்னே சென்றால் 250 - 300 ஆண்டுகள் மேலே செல்லும். இதாவது 3250 - 3,300 வரை என்பது சரியான கணக்காக இருக்கலாம்
கி.மு. 1002 - 960 திருவழுதி 45 ஆவது பாண்டியன்
கி.மு. 42 - 1 கானப்பேரெயில் கட உக்கி பெருவழுதி 84 ஆவது]
இனி, முக்காலமும் உணர்ந்த பிரபாத் ரஞ்சன் சர்ககார் 1955 இல் நிகழ்த்திய சொற்பொழிவில் பாரதப்போர் 3,253 ஆண்டுகளுக்கு முன் நிகழ்ந்ததாக சொல்லி உள்ளார். அப்படியானால் 3253 + 57 = 3310 ஆண்டுகள் அளவில் நடந்ததாகக் கொள்ளலாம். ஒரு தலைமுறைக்கு 25 ஆண்டுகள் என்று கொண்டால் 25 x 49 = 3225 ஆண்டுகள் என வருவதால் வேளிர் கண்ணன் வழிகாட்டுதலில் 3300-3250 ஆண்டுகள் முன் தென்னகம் வந்தனர் எனக் கொள்ளலாம். இது நன்குடி வேளிர் வரலாற்றுக் காலக் கணக்கோடு பொருந்துவதாக உள்ளது.
It has been observed that place and form are not the Supreme Truth. Now, let us consider the time factor. To what extent can a historical event be called true? Suppose the Mahábhárata was fought 3253 years ago. Now, it is a fact that we see things through the aid of light. The stars in the skies became visible to you only when their light falls on the ball of your eyes. Suppose the light-waves of the Mahábhárata age will take another eight hundred years to reach a certain star. At this period if you look at the earth with the help of a telescope what will you see?
You will see that the Mahábhárata has not yet been fought there and that it will not take place for another eight hundred years. What is past for one is present for another and future for a third. All these are relative truths. The same may be said with respect to sound as well. If someone speaks aloud, a normal person will feel that he or she is shouting while a deaf person will say that he or she is speaking very softly.

உங்களுக்கு நற்குடி வேளாளர் நூல் கிடைத்து விட்டதா? இன்னும் கிடைக்கவில்லையென்றால் http://www.bl.uk/reshelp/findhelpregion/asia/india/indiaofficerecords/indiaofficehub.html இங்கே சென்று செர்ச் பகுதிக்குச் சென்று அதில் நூலின் பெயரை வழங்கி நூல் எந்த கேபினெட்டில் உள்ளது என கண்டு பிடித்து பின்னர் அதனை பிடிஎப் காப்பியாக உங்களுக்கு அனுப்பிவைக்கை ஆர்டர் செய்து கொள்ளலாம். அதற்கு கட்டணம் உண்டு. முயற்சி செய்து பாருங்கள். வேறு வழியில் நூலை பெற வழியில்லை என நளினி ப்ரசாத் சொல்லியிருந்தார்.
